| "Best pizza we've ever had!” Just returned from Florida after visiting family and went to Frankies twice. I had the Shrimp Scampi (Shrimp were huge and really tender, sauce was delicious!) - came with a big salad and big freshly baked garlic loaf - mmm. My husband had the the Spaghetti and Meatballs with meat sauce - really good again and also came with salad/garlic loaf. Second time we had pizza - sooooo good! I had a cheese pizza with a few extra toppings and my husband had The Works - much better than anything we've had in the UK (comparing to pretty good places like Domino's and Derbies!). | MY FAVS - their Pizza & Veal Piccata ESPECIALLY!!” I moved from this area 3 1/2 years ago (to Costa Rica) & EVERY trip back includes a trip to Frankie's for their REALLY TASTY Veal Piccata made by my Italian buddy Chef Nic (give him a BIG HUG from Vicki - the BIG Beautiful gal that moved to Costa Rica)!! | "Pizza the way we remember it to be" I live near Frankie's and after 25 years away from the East I longed for a great pizza upon moving to Osprey. I tried them all in Venice and South Sarasota...Frankie's is the place. Other dishes are overflowing and just down home cooking!. Yea, Frankie needs to spruce up the inside with new decor...but you or your kids won't be disappointed when you leave. My grand kids are from Chicago and the pizza there is not bad at all. | "Very good food, casual atmosphere" Frankie's is a local pizza/pasta house with some main course dinners as well. We have only had their pizza, which is very good. Not too greasy and loaded with ingredients. Dining in is a very casual experienece...not for a romantic outing, but more like dining at a friends house.
